天主教輔仁大學設計相關系所長期以來教學成果豐碩獲獎無數，為國內首家結合醫學、設計藝術的特色大學，本校於2015年計畫設立「創意設計中心Creative Design Center」(CDC)，並於2017年03月正式成立。

為落實本校跨領域交流與創新的機會，凝聚健康照護等跨領域設計能量，並成為各領域新創設計師的交流生態圈Innovative Designers Ecosystem，「創意設計中心」除整合相關設計資源，設置體感互動電視牆，縮短新創產品開發流程外，藉由創意設計相關課程、講座、工作坊、產學合作、新創設計師推廣平台等，激發多元創造力，落實學用合一，使成為學生創客與設計圓夢的加速器。透過跨領域的設計思考，處理更複雜的問題；設計已經開始向上游移動，大學生不僅要學習尋找解決問題的新方法，更要體認到解決新問題的重要。

Fu Jen Catholic University's design-related departments has won numerous awards for its academic achievements. This school was the first featured university in the country to house both medical and design art departments; with this school planning to set up the Creative Design Center (CDC) back in 2015.

Our Creative Design Center combines design resources, offers somatosensory interactive technology laboratory, and reduces time spent in new product development. In addition, Creative Design Center stimulates students′ creativity through the implementation of design related courses, seminars, workshops, industry-university cooperative research projects, and emerging designer showcases. We practice knowledge-action integration, and act as the facilitator of student designers′ dreams of arts and design.
