    實習申請 - 文件準備

1. 填寫下方實習報名表，並在表中傳送學生證清晰掃描檔，經在學身分驗證後將通知後續申請事宜。

2. A resume in English
3. A cover letter in English

 

    實習注意事項

確定實習單位後，將填寫實習日誌，不得任意自行更換實習單位。

實習期間以各實習單位為主，至少為期一個月。

本次實習皆為學習型無給職，如公司欲發薪，則依各公司規定。

 

    實習證書

凡通過實習並完成實習日誌者，經中心查核後將頒發實習證書乙張。
